Welcome to Weekly Mindfulness Meditation!
Contrary to our earlier five-session Mindfulness Meditation Series for the first half of the semester, we will be having one-off light relaxed meditation sessions for the second half of the semester.
These sessions will not follow a pre-described format but will instead be a short 2 hours to refresh your mind through sitting meditation, metta meditation and many more.
Furthermore, you are welcome to ask any questions you might have during the session and discover more about meditation and yourselves!
