For this week’s session, we will be revising some of the earlier concepts that we have learnt, including but not limited to, breath meditation and standing meditation.
The focus for this week will be on Mindful Communication.
As the topic suggests, we will be going through how we can better our communication skills and get through those tough periods of conflict that are inevitable.
