During these unprecedented times of the Covid-19, we experience stress that is brought about by unexpected changes to our lives. Join us for this Mindfulness Meditation course, developed based on MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction), the most established and recognised mindfulness program in the world.

Furthermore, we have invited Brother Pee Eng, a distinguished NUSBS alumnus, who is also a certified professional MBSR trainer to guide us for this 6 week session.

We will be covering different aspects of mindfulness, from coping with our emotions to utilising it in our daily lives. We hope that you’ll seize this rare opportunity and join us!
