For next week’s session, we will be focusing on how to think positively.
Altho in much of the earlier sessions, we have been tuning into the present moment with our minds as per mindfulness. However, mindfulness is also a practice of the heart.
When we are to notice each moment with kindness and appreciate life’s trials and tribulations, we will be able to gain a greater sense of mindfulness and hence, peace.
Look into yourself, look outside yourself and discover the peace you’ve never known.
